
Apollo Pressure Basket Screens are high-performance systems used in pulp and paper stock preparation to remove contaminants from pulp slurry. They eliminate sand, grit, shives, plastics, stickies, fibre bundles, waxes, and oversized particles—ensuring only clean, acceptable fibre reaches refining, bleaching, deinking, or the paper machine.
At the core is a precision-engineered basket made with wedge-wire or drilled/slotted surfaces, selected as per process needs. A high-efficiency rotor/foil assembly generates hydrodynamic pulsations that prevent clogging, maintain throughput, minimise fibre loss, and keep the basket clean during continuous operation.
